Spirit of Friendship Week

Students and Staff at VES showed their Friendship spirit the week of October 19 by dressing in the following ways:
Class colors
Superheroes
Orange - for Unity day
Purple and gold - Vermilion Spirit

A Buddy Bench donated by the VES PTO was dedicated in honor of Xander Cormier on Superhero day.

Off to a great start!!

I can't believe a whole month has past since the first students entered the new VES!  It already feels like home and we have been quite busy.  Here are some photos to enjoy!

Journey of the Trout

Did you know that ODNR releases trout fingerlings into rivers in 5 locations in Ohio and ONLY in Vermilion is it a community event?  Aren't we lucky!
